In 2018 I graduated from the University of Wyoming with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. I went on to complete my masters degree in Counseling from the University of Wyoming School for Leadership, Counseling and Design  in 2021. Upon graduation I worked with a variety of individuals in a community mental health and private practice setting until finding my passion in working with children utilizing play therapy.

 I completed an additional year of training in play therapy and am currently working diligently to become a Registered Play Therapist through the American Play Association. While working through my post graduate Play Therapy training, I discovered another passion in treating trauma. 

I have completed basic and advanced training in EMDR and currently work with a consultant as I am becoming EMDRIA certified EMDR therapist. I love to learn and to use the information I learn to best support the individuals I get the immense honor of working with.

In the last year I have also participated level 1 and 2 Gottman Method training and utilize this approach to work with couples. I am dedicated to continuing my personal and professional development as it prepares me to provide caring and effective treatment.
