A 5-week group for adults navigating life after incarceration. Build coping skills, strengthen well-being, connect with others, and set goals for growth. Meets Thursdays in October, 5:30–7:00 pm at The Mental Health Hub in Casper. Facilitated by Nalani (Counseling Intern), supervised by Christy Jindrick-Tholl, LPC.
A free 4-week art therapy group for teens 12–17, Fridays in October 5:30–7:30 pm at The Mental Health Hub in Casper. Teens will explore identity, emotions, strengths, and goals through creative projects in a safe, supportive space. No art skills required. Facilitated by Alicia (MSW Intern), supervised by John Marquiss
