Hi there! I'm Frederick Bergh, a licensed counselor and addiction therapist with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wyoming. I’m also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) through EMDRIA—an evidence-based and powerful approach for healing trauma.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or simply in need of someone to talk to, I want you to know: you’ve already taken a brave first step just by being here.
I work with individuals who are navigating life’s challenges—often shaped by past pain, trauma, or stress—and I specialize in helping people process those experiences in a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space.
My approach isn’t just rooted in clinical training—it’s also informed by real-life experience. I understand how complex and messy healing can be, and I meet each of my clients with empathy and patience, at a pace that feels right for them.
If you're looking for someone who truly listens, who honors your whole story, and who is trained to help you move forward, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
Feel free to explore the site and reach out with any questions. Healing doesn’t have to happen alone.

Larissa Skinner is a Provisional Licensed Clinical Social Worker (PCSW) dedicated to helping individuals unlock their full potential by guiding them toward healthier, more fulfilling versions of themselves. Through the application of evidence-based therapies, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy (NT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and a strengths-based approach, Larissa empowers clients to tap into their inherent abilities to overcome challenges.
Larissa believes that individuals often possess the internal resources and knowledge to navigate through obstacles, though they may benefit from support in identifying and effectively leveraging these strengths. Central to her approach is the use of a systems-based framework that considers both the positive and negative influences in a person’s life.
A 2015 graduate of the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor's in Social Work, Larissa later earned her Master's in Social Work from the University of Wyoming as well. Her clinical experience includes a focus on depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, suicide prevention, addiction, and working with older adults.
Larissa provides a non-judgmental, welcoming space where clients are encouraged to explore and express their authentic selves in a supportive environment
