Brandi Krugler, MA, PPC, is a Neuro-Informed, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist who offers a compassionate and holistic approach to healing. With training in evidence-based practices like TF-CBT and creative therapies such as sand tray, Brandi tailors her work to meet the diverse needs of first responders, their families, and trauma survivors. Brandi recognizes that trauma and its impact are not a one-size-fits-all experience, and neither are the paths to healing. She believes that each person’s journey through trauma is unique, requiring a therapeutic approach tailored to their individual needs. She is a MA Graduate from Liberty University with her BA in Psychology and Sociology from University of Wyoming and an AAS addictionology from Casper College.
As a former first responder and the wife of one, Brandi keenly understands the sacrifices, chronic stress, and exposure to trauma that come with the line of work. These personal and professional experiences drive her purpose to provide meaningful support to those who serve. Brandi offers individual, family, and group counseling services to help clients navigate the physical, emotional, and spiritual challenges of their roles. She also facilitates Crisis Incident Process Groups, creating a safe and supportive environment for individuals to process critical incidents, reduce distress, and foster connection and healing among peers.
Brandi’s mission is to empower first responders, their families, and trauma survivors to recognize and mend the damage to their mental, physical, and spiritual armor. By blending traditional therapeutic methods with innovative approaches and creative therapies, she fosters emotional resilience, promotes healing, and supports clients in reclaiming balance and purpose in their lives on and off the job.

Sheena Hixson, MS, PPC is a Gestalt-inspired, Client-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapist with a strong commitment to supporting youth and adults through life’s most challenging moments. Her compassionate and holistic approach draws from CBT principles, helping clients explore the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and supports them in identifying unhelpful patterns while developing more adaptive ways of thinking and coping.
With a Master of Science in Counseling and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Wyoming, along with an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Casper College, Sheena is trained in Trauma-Informed Care, Internal Family Systems (IFS) principles, and neuro-informed strategies. She helps clients build awareness of how trauma and stress affect the brain and body, and teaches practical, brain-based tools—such as grounding, breathwork, and somatic tracking—to increase emotional regulation, resilience, and a sense of safety.
Sheena has 7 years of experience working directly with youth, facilitating psychoeducational groups focused on Anger Management and Life Skills Development. Sheena’s leadership experience with adults includes coordinating the Natrona County Suicide Prevention Task Force, chairing the Natrona County Prevention Coalition, and providing suicide prevention trainings such as QPR; Mental Health First Aid, and Counseling on Access to Lethal Means (CALM). Sheena is also trained to facilitate Survivors of Suicide Attempts support groups for adults through the Didi Hirsch Foundation.
In sessions, clients are guided to increase self-awareness, challenge negative self-beliefs, and build practical tools for managing mood, improving relationships, and building resilience. Sheena blends traditional talk therapy with expressive arts, sand tray therapy, and mindfulness techniques rooted in polyvagal theory and sensory awareness. She is also able to integrate elements of spiritual well-being into sessions when clients desire to explore their healing through a faith-based or spiritual lens.
Whether working with teens and college students who are navigating identity development and difficult life transitions or helping youth and adults who are facing relational conflict, anxiety, depression, trauma, or suicidal ideation, Sheena creates a space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. She is honored to walk alongside individuals as they explore their own path to meaningful growth in mind, body, and spirit.
Sheena is currently accepting new clients!
