 I love meeting working with individuals and couples who want to seek a better way of managing the challenges life throws at us. Change can be hard and scary, but a person who is willing to look inward to unlock their potential to then be able to reach out to others is very rewarding to witness. 

I enjoy journeying with someone to help them discover their strengths to be able to better manage their difficulties.
