I work with individuals ages 13+ with a variety of concerns. It may be to help regain control over your life, make friends with your brain and nervous system, or to find meaning and hope in both daily and overall experiences. Simply put, my purpose as your therapist is to help you achieve the goals that are important to you. My specialties include neurodivergence (ADHD/ASD), trauma, OCD, addiction, and codependency. I offer evidence-based approaches to collaboratively help clients grow and heal.
